Terms of purchase for Bellamonti

1. Company information Bellamonti is registered under the company name Cinnamoni Art & Words AB with organization number 559304-4315. For questions or concerns, you can contact us via our customer service via our contact form.

2. Prices and payment All prices on bellamonti.se are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT. We offer a fixed shipping fee of SEK 99 for all orders within Sweden. The payment options may vary and are shown at checkout. Minimum order is SEK 250.

3. Shipping and delivery We offer a fixed shipping cost of SEK 99 regardless of order size. Delivery time varies depending on product availability and carrier, but we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, provided the product is in stock. When buying made-to-order goods, we aim to deliver your product within 7-21 days . Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

4. Return policy If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery to request a return slip. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and Bellamonti handles the booking and creation of the return slip. The shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Please note that the product must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction for depreciation if the product is not in salable condition.

5. Complaints If your product is defective or damaged upon receipt, you have the right to complain about it within a reasonable time. Contact us via the contact form with a description of the problem and attached photos of the damage. We are responsible for the return shipping in the case of approved complaints and will offer a replacement product or a full refund depending on availability and agreement.

6. Refund If the return is approved, the refund will be made within 14 days from the time we received and inspected the return. Please note that return shipping, handled and booked by us, will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund is made to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

7. Other We reserve the right to change these purchase conditions at any time. Changes are published on our website and are effective from the date of publication. You are obliged to read the current purchase conditions before your purchase.

9. Gift cards Gift cards purchased on our webshop are only valid for online purchases at bellamontihome.se and cannot be used in our physical store. Likewise, gift cards purchased in our physical store are valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be used online.

Please note that gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
